- Usage data: App interactions, push notification tokens for delivering alerts.
- Device information: Device type and operating system for push notification delivery.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the CareCircle service and enable coordination between seniors and caregivers.
- To send push notifications for check-in reminders, medication alerts, and SOS alerts.
- To improve and maintain the app.
Data Sharing
Your data is shared only within your care circle — the specific group of people you have invited or joined. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication provider.
- RevenueCat — subscription management. They process purchase receipts on your behalf.
- Expo / Apple Push Notification Service — for delivering push notifications.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies in our database, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
CareCircle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
